The following are strictly prohibited on Pfotos under all circumstances.
Pfotos maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors. This includes sexual content involving individuals under 18, grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors, and attempts to upload, share, or store such material.
We will immediately remove the content, permanently terminate the account, and report to appropriate authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
You may not upload or share intimate or sexual content without explicit consent. This includes revenge porn, coerced or manipulated content, and hidden or voyeuristic recordings. Violations result in immediate removal and account termination.
You may not harass, threaten, or intimidate others, engage in targeted bullying, or impersonate others to cause harm.
Pfotos is not a platform for explicit content. You may not post pornographic material, sexually explicit or suggestive content, or content intended to solicit sexual activity or services.
Content that promotes or glorifies violence or harm, hate or discrimination, or extremist or criminal activity is prohibited.
You may not send unsolicited or repetitive content, conduct scams, phishing, or deceptive practices, or attempt to extract money or personal data from users.
You may not use Pfotos to facilitate illegal transactions or behavior, distribute harmful software or malicious code, or violate any applicable laws.
Pfotos recognizes that real-life family memories may include non-sexual nudity, such as infant or toddler bath photos or young children in everyday home settings.
This type of content is permitted only when all of the following are true:

Pfotos reserves the right to remove any content that presents a safety risk or falls into a gray area.
To protect users and prevent misuse, Pfotos monitors for patterns of behavior that may indicate abuse. This includes:
When suspicious behavior is detected, Pfotos may temporarily restrict account access or sharing, require additional verification, limit the ability to invite or connect with new users, flag content or activity for review, or suspend or terminate accounts in cases of confirmed abuse.
Pfotos is designed with a privacy-first architecture, including encryption and limited access to user content. However, privacy does not permit misuse of the platform.
To protect users, we implement pre-upload safety checks and safeguards, metadata and behavioral analysis to detect abuse patterns, and user reporting and review systems.
Some content may be flagged for review, even if intended as benign. Labels or settings (such as "private" or "family content") do not override safety systems. Enforcement actions may be taken based on credible signals of misuse, even in private spaces.
Pfotos is designed to minimize access to user content through encryption and privacy-preserving systems. Pfotos may not have access to the contents of user files once they are encrypted and stored. We do not build systems intended to bypass user privacy or access private data arbitrarily.
At the same time, Pfotos complies with applicable laws and legal obligations, will respond to valid legal requests, subpoenas, or court orders as required, and our ability to provide content is limited by the technical safeguards and encryption systems in place.
Where possible, we aim to protect user privacy, limit disclosure to what is legally required, and act transparently and responsibly.
Pfotos is designed for private, identity-based sharing. We strongly encourage sharing sensitive content only with trusted individuals, avoiding broad or public distribution of personal media, and using privacy controls responsibly.
Private vaults (PFarms) are not anonymous or public networks and may not be used to distribute prohibited content.
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, report it immediately within the app or by emailing abuse@pfotos.app.
We review reports promptly and may take actions including content removal, account suspension or termination, and escalation to law enforcement when required.
Pfotos reserves the right to remove content at our discretion, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, restrict access to features, and cooperate with legal authorities where required.
Use of Pfotos constitutes agreement to this policy.
